Danielle is an influential leader, inspiring mentor, and marketing pro. With experience in Digital and Retail Marketing, as well as Brand and Product Development and Management, Danielle takes a holistic view of a brand and strategically develops marketing plans that effectively engage audiences and grow brands.

 

Versed in all types of business, Danielle has over a decade of experience working with global retail organizations, startups, and small businesses. At Toys“R”Us, Danielle led the development of a new digital engagement team, and managed partnerships with companies like Disney and Dreamworks Animation. With emerging brands Hanalei Beauty Company and Elizabeth Mott, she spearheads refining and redefining each brand’s positioning. As a result, Danielle has propelled companies to drive sales, awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

 

In 2018, Danielle established DMY Marketing as a way to apply her passion for evolving companies and engaging customers on a personal level. Simply put, DMY Marketing is a lifestyle marketing agency that creates custom strategies to develop and bring brands to life through content. She is consistently recognized for her innovative approach, creative thinking, and ability to enable companies in putting the customer first.

 

A natural-born mentor, Danielle enjoys paying it forward and shares her career experience through teaching. She has served as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University and LIM College, volunteered as an executive judge for Marist College senior capstone course presentations, and has been a guest speaker for the Montclair State University global studies program.  

 

Danielle is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Fashion Merchandising. During her time at Marist, she gained invaluable global experience as Danielle was selected to study the business of fashion in Florence, Venice and Milan. Danielle also received her M.B.A. in Marketing Management from St. John’s University. Recognized as one of the top performing business students from around the world, she is a lifetime member of the International Business Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma.

 

Aside from her professional successes, Danielle became a mother in May 2017 to her beautiful daughter Victoria Rose and had her second daughter, Gia Gabrielle in July 2020. Since then, she has fully embraced her momtrepreneur spirit by creating a path for her daughter that displays hard work, determination, and drive.
